KindCare Senior Homecare was founded by Aneita Panton-Seigel, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in healthcare, Aneita has dedicated her life to caring for others—particularly older adults. Her career in the healthcare field is not just extensive, but deeply personal and purpose-driven.
Aneita began her journey in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed a strong foundation in direct patient care. Her skill, reliability, and compassionate approach quickly earned her the position of CNA Manager, where she led and trained caregiving teams to uphold high standards of care. Seeking to expand her clinical expertise, she advanced to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and, in 2012, fulfilled her long-time goal of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN).
Throughout her career, Aneita has worked across various care settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and private homes. Her primary focus has always been geriatric care, a field in which she has become not only experienced but deeply respected. Her years of close interaction with seniors and their families made her acutely aware of the unique challenges aging adults face—and the critical role that compassionate, reliable home support plays in their quality of life.
Fueled by her commitment to dignity, independence, and emotional well-being for older adults, Aneita founded KindCare Senior Homecare to bring personalized, high-quality care into the homes of aging individuals. At KindCare, we go beyond routine assistance: our approach is holistic, emphasizing not only physical health and safety but also social connection, emotional support, and proactive care planning. By doing so, we aim to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, ease the burden on families, and help seniors continue living with purpose and joy in the communities they know and love.
Today, KindCare proudly serves families across San Francisco, South San Francisco, Hayward, and Daly City, delivering services that reflect Aneita’s core values: compassion, professionalism, and heartfelt dedication. Our team is a reflection of Aneita’s vision—a group of skilled, empathetic caregivers and nurses who treat every client like family.
KindCare provides personalized, one-on-one care for older adults throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including North Bay, South Bay, East Bay, Marin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, and Alameda County.
